HERSTORY
Dani Skye is a poet, producer, host, actress, entrepreneur. She hosts 12-15 events annually that consists of music, poetry and comedy. She has recently re-launched her apparel line, "Louie Girl Always", which consists of customized T-Shirts/hoodies that are fun, creative, eccentric and self expressive like her poetry. When Dani is not hosting one of her many multiple platforms, she likes to binge watch gory horror films on Friday nights on Shudder Network. She is a major foodie , so every spring/summer she tries out all the new restaurants and rates them in a notebook. She always loves going to her favorite boutique "Funky Buddha" in the Delmar Loop and stock up on incense and hand-made soaps. Going to live concerts, local comedy-clubs and collecting scented candles, oils and teas.

Dani Skye is a 20-year veteran in the performing arts community. She moved back to her hometown Saint Louis, Missouri December 2015. Fast forward 3 years later and she has stepped out on her own as an independent artist. Her first one-woman show at that Monocle packed the house! Skye went on to create multiple platforms including: "Smokin Da Mic Series"(held every 3rd Saturday), "Erotica Avenue Series"(held twice a year in February and August), and "Smooth Sounds & Poetry Series"(held every Spring in March). September 2019 she recently starred in her first music video "Rules of Loving You" with R&B Singer Curtis Smith as his love interest. Her last live performance was October 12th at the 5th Annual Natural Black Hair Expo. Since COVID-19 hit, Dani has been under the radar....that is until a recent announcement that sh will be putting on her first show in months! Her second one-woman show...."Where You Been Dani Skye?" Live right in the middle of her living room! Get up close and personal with the artist as she shares new/old poetry, a bit of comedy and some short stories. August 15th 2020 get ready to be entertained in your living room for a 1 night only event!
